    Battleforce 2000

Okay, these guys were lame back in the day, and we all had our childhood celebrations when they were killed off.
However, it's 2011 coming up, we're older and wiser now. Looking back on these guys, Do you think they could work now in today's G.I. Joe? Let's discuss this seriously, back then, did you like them or hate them? Did you have the toys when you were a kid, or were they the XMas presents you were embarrassed to tell your friends about?
What did you like about them, what did you despise specifically? Do you think a PoC themed Battleforce 2000 (or 2011) could be a seller? Would you buy them?
Personaly, I think some elements could work well today, in this age of iPhones that can do pretty much anything, BF2000 isn't much a stretch now. Back then, they were considered way too futuristic, but now we're into the new millennium. I look forward to your opinions.

I only knew (and still know) of the characters through the toys of them that I had - and I never thought they were lame. I really liked the one in the white outfit.

thats all I got on this topic.

I actually didn't mind them that much, I just pretended they were an elite special forces unit.
Looking for: MU Angel(Blue), Nova, and Daredevil(from comic),

I don't really remember them aside from the name sounding familiar. I vaugely remember something about a group of 6? small sets of a vehicle and a figure where the 6? vehicles could be combined into a small base or something. Was that BF2000?
Note to Hasbro:We can't buy it if we can't find it.
    ISO: Lego LOTR Merry minifig.

Yes. Although "combined" is a relative term.
I think the location scout was a spaz.

Here's where it starts with the figures

And here's where the vehicles start.

Although the Future Fortress could hardly be called "The World's Most Indestructible Fortress" when they were killed off in the comic series. I guess it was just a means to sell the idea to kids back then.

yeah after looking at those links I had all of the figures and the Dominator and the Vector Jet.

I really liked the green guy, Blaster I think.a ouple of others were fine. But I didn't get most of them back then. I wanted more of the main characters. And since I didn't have Larry Hama's dislike of the characters, I could use the ones I had in any situation. The vehicles did look lame though.
Got a vintage question? have you read The FAQ?
