Got my last two yesterday. So all five are now safe. Just have to wait for my Jokers. And a ****ing year for the cars.

I kind of mellowed out on these. First of all, the wait from BBTS is absurd (still going on) to the point where I might cancel my batman all together. They're the only online retailer with prices that aren't crap and these figures simply aren't WORTH $250. At the core of the issue they're still toys and no matter how good they are, they shouldn't be going for more than $150 or so. Hot Toys is ripping people off because they know they can and it makes me want to just say screw it. I know I can't pass on that Jack Joker figure though, at any price, even if I can allow myself to pass on batman. Thanks BBTS. Thanks.

According to multiple reports on SSF - the figure's leaking oil in certain places on the bodysuit now. I've got one coming via a local e-tailer, & I'll be paying close to $300 including shipping for one. WTF is with this company & ****ing oil leaking from their rubber suited figures!!?

89 Batman will be my first rubber suited figure, & it seems MY LAST as well.

Im sure you'll like it but that makes me want to cancel mine even more now. I've heard of the leaking on other batman figures as well but it's never happened to me ...yet.

The Rubber is going to be a concern, until someone engineers a new rubber that won't sweat. One of the reasons I was waiting to see about Batty.
One of the reasons I didn't buy any Batty's. I'm hoping they fix it before TDKR is long gone.

I've had no problem with mine yet. It's an unbelievable figure.

The problem apparently seems to be with the plastic pieces like the belt, contacting with the rubber.. & it's causing a reaction.

This is probably partly why the figure has paper under the belt when you take it out of the box.

i just got this earlier this week, after what seemed like forever. gotta be my favorite HT figure right now, simply amazing. the likeness is beyond anything i could have hoped for. the gadgets are especially awsome.
