WTB: Complete Loose figures, MINT only

I plan on building a new loose set. Higher grade then I had in the past. I will be buying these very selectively, and am patient enough to buy them 1 by 1 for the right condition.

I am not looking for afa graded figures. But I would like figures that you would call C9+. Must be complete. I would rather buy them loose, but I will buy them on wrecked cards if that is all you have.

I am looking at returning to this hobby slowly (have been selling a lot of the old stuff I horded), and part time. Meaning, I am not going to jump in head first financially.

I am looking for very white whites, and crisp paint. Tight limbs. No resto jobs, and no repros (obviously).

In other words, I am looking for very nice figures. Let me know what you have!

EDIT: For now, just looking for the first 79, as I still have the last 17.
