i was hoping there was a cool new 25th style CC when i saw that title.
no ive never seen or heard of that figure either. but i dont really like it.

the staff and the small hiss tank drone make it totally worth it. the figure itself is okay but nothing special.

I heard about this guy a while ago, and I actually think it looks pretty cool. Depending on the requirements to obtain it I might try to get it.

From what I remember, you'll only be able to use the UPCs for the figs that are labelled as being part of the promotion. I've held onto mine as well, just in case, but we'll see.

not if its like the star wars ones. i used cardbacks from early 09 for Nahdar Vebb and Qui Gon. All the fiures are the same, i dont see them making different cardbacks just for this promotion, they have tons of these ROC figures in backstock hence the $5 price
