I don't see anything wrong with the request....maybe the title could be clearer?

I'm not sure how I could change the title. To clarify the title by including a caveat would be redundant when the opening post clearly outlines what the thread is for and how it should be used.

What I find interesting is that there have been previous posts in this thread with vague wants listed and you said nothing....yet this guy makes a post and YOU jump on him.

Previously I had sent PMs to posters of vague lists. This time I posted publicly as a reminder, that's all.

I would hardly describe my response to Lugz96 as jumping on his back. I posted a clear and concise reply, and Lugz96 made an affable response. I don't think he was disturbed by my post (if he was then I apologise as it wasn't my intention to offend him), and I wasn't upset by his reply.

Maybe it's not him who's got a chip on his shoulder.....

I don't know Lugz96 from Adam, I have no previous history with him, I did not seek to start an arguement and I'm sure Lugz96 wasn't trying to start one either. So I fail to understand why, with regards to Lugz96, you think I have a chip on my shoulder. As for Wooten, he has flamed me a number of times when he has thought I was out of line. If he is permitted to provoke me then I am certainly allowed to reply.

from now on, put in actual sets/items wanted instead of "any lego"?

one would think that, especially given the description in the first post of this thread, but you're supposed to know what Jeremy is THINKING! :^)

I won't say what I'm thinking about you John, but it seems that whenever I post something that even vaguely offends you, you are pretty quick to jump on my back.

You don't need to be a mind reader to figure out what "all you need to do create a post with a list of the sets, pieces, parts, etc to let people know your needs" and "keep one easily manageable, concise list" means.

Is that clear enough for you John?

jeez. lighten up a little. the smiley is there for a reason. we all know you take your job as forum nazi seriously and for the most part, it's a better place because of it. my post was simply a way to help the poor kid feel less shouted at and then make a little comment about the way you run things...the same way many other people joke with you about your way of doing things.

i think it's funny you feel 'flamed' and so put upon by my comments. It's true I don't quite get the voracity with which you sometimes hammer people, but I also recognize that you're responsible for most of the good things here too.

The first one is pretty lame, but I like the comments on the page. I don't know why but "hobo" always cracks me up. I chaperoned a school field trip to the local downtown and the kids on the bus were pointing out all the "hobos" sleeping on the streets, and their teacher kept correcting them "they're not hobos, they're homeless people".

Thank you for the post i should have been more specific. I am aware that lego is not making a Darth Bane minifig, but i was hoping someone has made a custom one that they are willing to part with or perhaps knows what is needed to make a good one myself.

I am looking for Ewok mini figures, Snowtroopers, and if anyone is resourceful enough to have made one a Padme custom Geonosis arena figure.

As for Batman sets I'd love to find an Arkham Asylum set in any condition, and both a Killer Croc and Bane minifigure.
