Is GG not honoring it's pre-order price on these? I got an e-mail saying I was going to be charged a total of $76.29 for this. When I ordered the bust it was $53.99 plus shipping. I can't look up this order in the online system since it won't go past 2010, but that seems like an awful lot of shipping on the price I ordered at.

To answer my own question and give everyone else a heads-up, I was informed by GG that they are not automatically honoring anything but the current price unless you can produce proof that you ordered at a lower price. Luckily I still have my pre-order confirmation e-mail which I'm hoping is enough for them, but I'm not sure why GG can't look at their own sales records. Just when I think GG can't possibly get any worse, somehow they do. This may be the straw that breaks the camel's back for me.

That sounds really bad. You basically have to tell GG what you POed the bust for or they charge you whatever they want, essentially (in this case, the current price). It makes me feel like either their book-keeping is not on the up and up or they're just too lazy to check their records.

This. GG needs a better incentive for people to order thru them directly. At least SSC has Reward Points.

SSC is also 20 points = $1? It's a nice little bonus if you happen to be ordering from GG directly anyway (i.e. for PGM exclusives) but not a real incentive for general releases.
