Hi guys.
I attended Celebration Japan on Sun. 20th July.
The highlight for me was "Skywalking with Mark Hamill". He gave a 1-hour interview and a short Q & A session with the audience.
Says he'll be back in Japan sometime for Black Pearl.
I missed the Dave Prowse and Peter Mayhew session...oh well...that was disappointing...

Lots of toys/models on display.
Some good costumes.
Good atmosphere, large venue with plenty of room for movement.
I picked up the R2D2 coin/medallion which was being given away.
I didn't actually buy anything else, as I'm living in Japan, but I did try to look for the Shadow Guard Kubrick but couldn't find it.
The R2D2 sauce bottles and soap dispensers were proving to be a popular item.
First time that I saw the Bounty Hunter models by Kotobukiya in the flesh.
Was well impressed with them.

I'm curious to know more about those astro droids, and painted vader helmets....

Those helmets have been to C4, CE, and CJ and each time some were rotated out and replaced with new ones from local artists. Read more here: http://www.thevaderproject.com/
