Difference in accessories for sure. I believe Luke single pack came with dianoga tentacle and Han came with piece of junk.

The 2 pack came with DS droid IIRC.

The single packs may have been slightly dirtier too.

All the figures share the crappier armor.

Single packs had dirty armor and Luke's hair had the wet look.

I believe that Han has a new head-sculpt for the single release as well.

If I recall correctly,the long rifle that came with the 2 pack was (noted at the time of it's release)exclusive with the set & was never packaged with another figure in the 12" line.
