also picked up 2 Toy Island ReAction figure style figures as well: Terminator 2 T-1000 and EndoSkeleton

Longing for the Good Old Kenner Days where SW Figures were in great supply and everyone was able to find their favorite characters etc..... Hasbro you need to follow this example ! Twitter: @SWChamp

Those reek of vintage goodness...always thought that Weapon Arm from Toy Island for RoboCop was really cool.

I have the Robocop figure as well. Toy Island made some great figures back in the day

I would like to see Funko make a 3.75 inch Robocop that would nice.

picked up Rambo from the old Toy Island line from a local hobby shop this weekend ... this would be another cool concept idea for Super 7/Funko to tackle... a First Blood series of figures.

another series I'd love to see Funko/Super 7 do is the Brendan Fraser The Mummy movies... Toy Island did some great playsets back in the day (sadly in 6" scale) but they were cool non the less.

Maybe I'm the last one to know about this, but it was news to me...I was at Days of the Dead today in Chicago and a vendor had a Puppet Master Blade figure... I had no idea, but I snagged it for $10 thinking it would fit nicely with the ReAction figures, it doesn't seem to have any articulation, but it looks great with the rest IMO. The back of the card also teases an upcoming Torch figure:

Very cool! I'm a huge Puppet Master fan, I'd no idea they exist.

Has there been any word as to whether or not there will be a second series of the Batman TV figures with the, you know, characters that everyone would actually want (I did buy all of the ones available so far)?

I didn't see any mention of it on their forums. This better not be like all of their other lines where they release some and then don't finish the series. I mean really, how does Bookworm get released before Joker???

I haven't heard anything. I suspect they saved some main characters "just in case" of a second wave and wanted the first wave to have mostly unproduced characters in other lines.

I'd be interested in an update as well, especially if they will rerelease any of their older waves. I'm guessing no.

I'm just being wistful since I saw the stupid prices of the Aughra figure on Ebay and Amazon.
(At least the Worst figures are pretty cheap - except Batula, the one I wanted most.)

I can understand them having to strike a balance between well known and lesser known characters because if it's all the heavy hitters in the first wave, then the second wave will tank. But, if they do all lesser known characters in the first wave, then they might not, as I'm afraid the case will be here, get to a second wave. I mean yeah Catwoman and Mr. Freeze are pretty well known, but they aren't Joker, Riddler, or Penguin big. At least one of those three should have been in the first wave. I bought all of them as I was really pleased with the level of detail and overall quality which is why I'll be disappointed as I think the Joker would look fantastic.
