I bought a handful of some cheap frames over the last 20 years or so. These are the stadard black border plastic movie poster size frames with thin plastic/plexiglass. They have the cardboard back to them with the tiny little thin metal bars around the edge that bend so you can add/remove the poster and cardboard backing. These are usually about $10-$20ish in any store (Wal-Mart.. stores have them everywhere).


The issue is that after a while, the cardboard tends to bend/warp a bit, and the poster ends up sort of floating between the cardbaod and the backing giving it sort of an ever so slight wavy look when the light hits it vs. a nice clean flat look (you get what you pay for, I know). They serve thier purpose well for the price, but just curious if anyone had any cheap quick-fix ideas to help brace the backand give them a nicer look? I've tried turning the cardboard around, and thet helps a bit for a while. Any other ideas?
