Hi Scummers,
Not much has been happening on this section for a while so I thought I'd post the same pics of my "Renovated" MR fett helmet as are currently shown in the FS thread. As with most threads in the for-sale section, they get lost easily. So for most who arent surfing the market at the moment, I thought i put them here to so you dont miss out.

Im pretty proud of my efforts to create a screen accurate version, where the factory could not. If you’re not aware, when the MR Prototype was sent to china for production, the factory were careless & the mandibles were squeezed to create what’s been called the “pinch”. The visor was made to fit this & as a result you got a collectable, screen accurate in every area, except where it really matters.

In the quest for “screen- accuracy” I followed the guide on “The dented helmet” to remove the factory visor & install a custom visor to reset the t-visor edges to be parallel, just like the real helmet. I got to say.. it was nerve raking as I was taking a huge risk, …but I was patient & took great care & it worked out perfectly. The inside lining isn’t as good as it was, but who cares about that when it awesome & stunning from the outside
unfortunately i didnt take any WIP photos, as to be honest, i was too focused on what i was doing & not 100% sure (not even 50%) that it would work out,

See what you think....

I was super happy with the result (why am i selling??? ahhhh nevermind)

Hi Star Wars prop collectors. I wanted to ask have any of you ever put your MR Falcon on Display and then later had to put it back in its box? I may be putting mine away for awhile. I am really afraid to move it because I don't want to damage it. I will have a couple of people help me. Thanks.

While on vacation got a little burnt, so I needed a day away from the sun. I pull up on my phone local comic shops and found a couple of them. I'm really only hoping to find some toys specifically The Walking Dead figures I am missing. So to my surprise as soon as I walk in my focus goes right to a display case that has several Star Trek Master Replicas props. I've always wanted the TOS Phaser it has always eluded me and recent price's are really out of my price range and there it is sitting along side the communicator, tricorder, Kligon Disruptor and a SS Enterprise. I was able to get the phaser and disruptor complete all the way to the brown shipper boxes for what I would pay on ebay for the phaser alone. Anyways I felt this was a good story to share with guys I am now heading down to the beach :D

Well,

like I said, it's my Birthday today... HOORAH!!! and with all the negative vibes going on around I thought i'd just say a quick hi to all my buddies, new and old and let you all know that I'm going to use one of my Birthday wishes to make you all happy again.
I sincerely hope you have the greatest and safest day. And when you're admiring that beautiful prop collection you have, take a little look around and admire what else you have in your life. This is my first ever birthday as a brand new Dad so things are gonna be a bit strange, but in a really good way. A bit like life in general really.
