At this point, Star Wars guests include Carrie Fisher and Sam Witwer. Other scheduled guests include Malcolm McDowell, Sam Huntington, Jessica Clark, and Meaghan Rath, with more to be announced. (The clinchers for me are Fisher and McDowell.)

I plan on making the 230-mile trip and spending the day there on Saturday. Anyone else going? It would be great to meet up with some Scummers in person.

If you can't walk with us us, could you please make a donation to our team to meet our fundraising goal? This January we lost a member of our Jedi Knight costuming group, Sean P. Connaughton, to cancer and a TJA member has donated for a Luminaria in his memory. Jedimom has had her own battles with cancer - losing both an eye and my scalp to two different types of the disease.

Are you ready to join the Dark Side? the next New Jersey Collectors Con will be held on August 18th, 2013 – You herd it right, we are having a Summer Event. The theme of this show will be “World At War” featuring a very cool marketing campaign of unlikely Enemies & Allies with all of the Toy Brands we have come to love as collectors.

We will also be reaching out to more Star Wars and Marvel Collectors at the Next NJCC summer event, while keeping our already awesome Transformers and G.I.Joe focus. This will be reflected in both extra door prizes, above and beyond what we normally do, including THREE Mega Door Prizes. Over the next few weeks we will be announcing our special events and our guest list. We plan on making this the best NJCC to date!

ReedPop has the next several scheduled events listed on their website, which is completely normal and nothing out of the ordinary. What might interest Star Wars fans is that they have a Star Wars Celebration listed after the 2014 C2E2 event at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL. This would mean a third trip back to Orlando and welcomed news for many of the 35,000+ attendees from Celebration V & VI. Could we get a formal announcement on May 4th? Perhaps during Celebration Europe II? The page hasn't been updated since November of 2012, so we are waiting on confirmation from LFL. Keep it locked right here for all the latest developments!
