Like many others, I thought it was a shame Kenner never made a Slave Leia figure in their vintage line. So, I decided to sculpt one myself. After putting the final touches to this figure, I plan to cast it in flesh colored resin and paint it to match the original figures as close as possible. I'm curious to hear your feedback, please be as honest as possible. The body, arms and legs were done in Green Stuff epoxy, the head is sculpted in Fimo. The fabric is tricot, but I'm still looking for a more suitable fabric that matches the Kenner ones better (see my question in the sticky Customizing Questions thread).

The staff she's holding right now is just a placeholder. She can hold a Fibro axe, but I'm thinking about sculpting here a weapon of her own, not sure which one yet.

With that said, I decided to go the distance with a custom of my own.

Ben himself is a Clone or Sith Obi Wan body and a Star Wars Obi Wan head. Everything on the pack is from Star Wars and, aside from the brown belt packs on left side, can be removed and used. The pack and goggles are from a 21 century modern soldier and the bed roll is fabric.

I particularly liked customizing the Jedi armor to work like football shoulder pads.Only paint I'm considering applying is some "just for men" to Ben's hair and beard.

Mostly stuff inspired by Bioware's OLD REPUBLIC game.

First up is a Sith Pureblood and a severely burned Sith Lord with breather mask. The Pureblood, now cast, will be a base I will add different modifications to in order to get a diverse group of Sith head casts.



Next up is some Zabrak mods.





And finally, because I like cyborgs, a Rodian slicer with cybernetic implants.

Chewie inspired me with some great Whiphid henchmen in the past, but all we ever had to work with was the J'Quille head, which is neat, but not every Whiphid has male pattern baldness. K'Kruhk was finally released, but in such limited quantity that I think you have to give up your first-born to get on on Ebay, and I am firmly against giving ANY money to Ebay. So, I had www.tofujesse .com whip me up some K'Kruhk casts, and I was off to the races.
